📦 1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship across all over India. We are committed to delivering our pure desi ghee and dairy products to every corner of the country.

We take pride in processing your orders quickly:

• Order Confirmation: Within 2 hours of placing the order via email/SMS
• Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of processing

Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

🚚 4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days
• Major Cities & Tier 2 (Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Indore, etc.): 4-6 business days
• Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote/North-East Areas: 7-10 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• SMS with tracking link on your registered mobile number
• Email with tracking details and estimated delivery date
• WhatsApp update (if opted in)

You can also track your order directly from our website by visiting the "Track Order" page or by contacting our customer support.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products:

• Indian Post (for remote areas)

The shipping partner may vary based on your location. We automatically select the most reliable courier for your pin code.

🏠 7. Safe & Hygienic Packaging

Your product's safety is our top priority:

• Glass jars are wrapped with bubble sheets for extra protection
• Sealed in tamper-proof packaging
• Carton boxes with "Fragile" handling instructions
• Dry ice / temperature-controlled packaging for sensitive areas (as needed)

❓ 8. What If My Order Is Delayed?

In rare cases of unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues, we will:

• Notify you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp about the delay
• Provide updated tracking information
• Offer a discount coupon on your next purchase if delay exceeds 5 business days beyond estimated date

🔄 9. Wrong Address / Undelivered Orders

• Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct while placing the order
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will bear the reshipping charges
• If the delivery fails due to your unavailability after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us and refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges

💔 10. Damaged or Missing Products

At FarmDelite, we take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or missing product:

• Take clear photos/videos of the package and product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund immediately
