✓ 2. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return within 7 days of order delivery if:
- ✅ Product is damaged, broken, or leaking upon arrival
- ✅ Product is defective or has quality issues
- ✅ Wrong product shipped (different from what you ordered)
- ✅ Expired product received
- ✅ Missing items in the package
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except for quality issues). Products returned without original packaging.
📝 3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your product:
📸 Important: Always record an unboxing video for orders above ₹500. This helps us process your return faster and ensures full refund.
💰 4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
- Quality Check: 1-2 business days after product reaches us
- Refund Initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
Refund timelines based on payment method:
- Prepaid Orders (Card/UPI/NetBanking): Refund to original source in 3-7 business days
- Prepaid Orders (Wallet): Refund to wallet in 1-3 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer/NEFT in 5-7 business days after providing bank details
- Store Credit/Gift Voucher: Instant credit to your FarmDelite wallet
💳 Note: Refund time depends on your bank/payment provider. We process refunds immediately from our end.
🔄 5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement is available for damaged, defective, or wrong products
- Free replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days after return pickup
- No additional shipping charges for replacement orders
- Maximum 1 replacement per order (for the same product)
✖ 6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Free cancellation within 1 hour of order placement. Full refund.
- After Dispatch: Cannot cancel once shipped. You can return after delivery.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp/Phone with your order ID.
💔 7. Damaged or Defective Products
We take extra care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged product:
- Take clear photos and a video showing the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not throw away the original packaging
- We will arrange free pickup and offer full refund or replacement
⚠️ Important: Claims for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return/refund.
🎁 8. Returning Gift Orders
If you received a FarmDelite product as a gift and want to return it:
- The refund will be issued as a FarmDelite Gift Voucher (store credit) to the gift receiver's email
- The original purchaser will not receive a cash refund
- Same return eligibility criteria apply (7 days, product condition)
